EVENT DESIGN

Onsite, our staff is always professional, reactive and discreet.
They make sure that all the details are executed and that each vendor shows up on time and performs appropriately. Indeed, our event coordinators are used to coordinate all different kind of trades and they are excellent team leaders.
Time management is one of the challenges during events and our focused, organized and resourceful staff has all the expert techniques and time saving-tips to predict with great accuracy how each event element will impact the next.

With more than 15 years of event expertise around the world, Aurelie is naturally organized and she is pouring her creativity and attention to detail into every event we produce.
After her studies, Aurelie left France to new adventures: first she went to New York, where she became restaurant manager, then to Montreal where she worked as sales director of two hotels.
After few years in America, she flew off to Dubai to take the leadership (along with the event director) of the event department in a famous palace hotel.
Later, she got attracted by the beautiful French Riviera and all the exciting events taking place there. First she took a job as events manager then she got promoted to Advertising and Special Events Sales Director in a palace hotel on La Croisette. Thus, since 10 years she has always been in the heart of large scale events in the city. She has built an expertise in festivals running and none of them has secrets for her. She has extensive technical knowledge, both in the planning and the on-site execution phases of our events.

On week-ends, Aurélie carries her mat around and tries to relax and to let go of tensions through yoga, activity that she has been practicing for many years

Graduate from a business school, Amandine already has a rich career path.
She acquired linguistic skills and showed an obvious ability to adapt to a new environment during a school year in Dublin in order to complete a double degree in business.
Her first experience in luxury hospitality as general manager assistant was a great way to learn how to master multitasking since she was in charge of coordinating all of the hotel departments.
After this experience, Amandine headed for the capital and led a massive project for the multinational firm Total : the implementation of a hiring software at an international scale.
She managed this project from scratch and trained HR directors from all over the world through video conferences.
But in 2016 she decided to go back to her first loves : luxury hospitality and events. For 3 years, she was a sales manager in a palace hotel on La Croisette in Cannes. She was in charge of groups and events.
Today, Amandine is part of MMD team. She is ready to take up a new challenge, and to bring her enthusiasm and energy to the agency.

On weekends, Amandine puts on her dancing shoes for bouncy choreographies.

Olivier had a career path rich and quite unusual before he became Sales and Marketing Advisor at MMD Events.
Passionate about sailing and adrenaline, he started a career in the French Navy.
As he had always been attracted by finance, he decided after few years to change path and he worked as an advisor in wealth management.
Later, he will specialize in real estate and from then, he started to work between France and the US.
Thanks to his international experience in sales and assets management, Olivier implemented MMD Events Sales & Marketing strategy and he is still growing MMD Events business around the world.

On week-ends, Olivier is sailing away with friends and family onboard of his sailboat, creating beautiful timeless moments

Fabien hails all the way from the French Marines! He kept from this previous experience strong organizational skills, a special attention to details in each and every tasks he does, and a gift for anticipating risks and for managing the unexpected during our events.After 15 years of adventures within the French army, he decided to go for new challenges and he spent few years abroad, especially in the US and in Thailand, where he discovered event management through luxury hospitality establishment where he has worked for a few years.
Self-taught person, he got passionated by graphic and 3D design and started to develop a real expertise in 3D visual creation.
Today, at MMD Events, Fabien is creating all our 3D event conceptualization and he is managing all the logistics onsite.

On week-ends, Fabien is riding around the beautiful French Riviera on his amazing Cafe Racer vintage motorbike.


Traveler at heart, Rose chose naturally to study tourism. She graduated from hospitality and luxury brands management and started working in Paris for 3 years. After that first experience she packed her bags and left for London.
Rose stayed there for 7 years and had the opportunity to grow in her career within a worldwide renown hotel group.
Looking for a new challenge and always in search of adventure, she flew away to South America and travelled around for 6 months.
She joined MMD team last May and brought to the company her dynamism, practical and organizational mind, and her talent to resolve any issue that comes up.

On week-ends and during her free time, Rose puts her backpack on and goes off to explore the world.
